what if we stop grouping males and females?
what if we let proficiency decide who will take the highest offices, irrespective of gender?
what if we acknowledge individual capabilities in areas not dictated by gender?
what if we stop giving a certain position to a man just because he is a man?
what if a female is better qualified for that job?
what if other females are not?
what if we stop grouping?
what if we start acknowledging individual capabilities?
